The price list is published on our website. The published prices are the price of the vehicle and the price of one-way transportation. If you cannot find the price information for the destination which you seek, please fill out the online contact form or call us. 18% VAT is included in our prices.

 

How can I make a reservation?
For reservation, you need to fill in the reservation form on our website and send it to us.

 

How can I find you at the airport?
Our officer will be waiting for you with a nameplate at the exit door which after the completion of the luggage and customs procedures.

 

I could not find the address to go from your website, what should I do?
If you could not find the address you will go to on our website, complete the reservation by marking the region name which is the closest to your final destination and writing the detailed address in the note section.

 

What will I do when I cannot find the attendant?
Please call us on our mobile phone numbers on our page before getting into any vehicle.

 

Will I pay any other fee other than the specified fee?
No, you will not pay any fees other than the specified transfer service fee.

 

What should I do if there is a delay in our arrival flight?
You will not be charged an extra fee for a possible delay during your arrival flight. If there is a delay, you must call us or send an SMS to +90 532 668 6151.

 

Is it possible to travel with pets in your vehicles?
We carry your pets free of charge for your private transfers, provided that they are in the pet carrier.

 

Do you have child seats in your vehicles?

We have free child seats (1 for each vehicle) in our vehicles, so that families can travel safely with their children. Please inform if you need a child seat during booking.

Yes, all our vehicles are air conditioned.

I forgot something in the vehicle, what should I do?
Our company is not responsible for your forgotten baggage and personal belongings. The forgotten items will be delivered to the our office by your driver. In this case, you can come and get it from our office. If you want us to bring it to your hotel, an extra fee may be charged.

 

I want to make an airport transfer. Do I need to state the when I will be at the terminal exit?
When making a reservation, it is sufficient to state your flight landing time and flight number. Our team will be following your flight.
